I’m Hugo and I absolutely love food. I dream about it & often wake up in cold sweats knowing that multiple hours have passed without me eating food. I often have to stop myself from dancing out of pure happiness when eating food. A trait that has stood the test of time. They say time is money. No, time is deliciousness.

I’ve started this blog as I want to share my cooking with you. I want you to feel like you are cooking with me. You might be hundreds of miles away from but let’s imagine when we are sharing recipes and tips with one another we are doing it on an island, surrounded by gold beaches and clear waters. There is no technology to distract us. It’s a time to switch off, cook great and eat well.
